Thanks for stopping by. You have three options for exploring my photographs. On the web site, you will find photo galleries and panorama photographs. The panoramas are best viewed on a high speed internet connection.
First, I have linked all my galleries and panorama photos to the NATIONAL PARK SERVICE AUTO TOUR MAP.
I have also provided a complete list of my panorama photographs some of which are 360 degree views of the battlefield. Also, my panoramas were taken over several years, so it is easy to keep track of changes to the battlefield, especially the views from Little Round Top.
Your second option is to explorer the galleries based on the action on the BATTLEFIELD DAY BY DAY. While some parts of the battlefield, like Cemetery Ridge, saw action on more than one day, I listed those areas under the day they are best known.
Your last option is to visit my ALPHABETICAL LISTING.
Also, I invite you to come and visit My Space Page.
My special prsentation page links panoramas and photo galleries in the order of the major action on the field. From the first day's fields to Pickett's Charge you can see up to 360 degree views of the battlefield. Teachers, Educators, Lectures, feel free to use my overview page in your presentations. The images are great for projecting using any video projector.
A Changing Battlefield
The National Park Service is in the process of returning the battlefield to its 1863 appearance. The panoramas below show you the changes that have already been made.
Spotlight - Updated Gallieries!!!!
I've just returned from a trip to Gettysburg and I took about 1,000 photos. Over the next couple of weeks, I will be adding new panoramas (Devil's Den) and updating most of the photo galleries. Until I get them all updated, I will Italicize the names of the new galleries.
